The 360 view

Nine modules, one company

Every part of the business writes to the same database behind the same permissions — so the numbers agree without an integration project.

CRM

Leads, contacts, and a deal pipeline, each with its own status flow and REST endpoints.

Human resources

Employee records with employment status, plus typed document storage for contracts and offer letters.

Payroll

Payroll runs, generated payslips, reusable salary structures, and configurable tax slabs.

Leave

Leave types, accrual policies, running balances, holiday calendars, and an approval workflow.

Expenses

Claims by category with receipt upload, moving through pending, approved, and reimbursed.

Projects & timesheets

Projects, members, and tasks, with self-service time entries that submit for approval.

Accounts

A read-only financial rollup combining payroll disbursement, expense reimbursement, and subscription revenue.

Billing & subscriptions

Plans, quotas, usage metering, and payment collection through Razorpay and Stripe.

Administration

Users, roles, permissions, and a module registry to turn parts of the system on and off.

What it does

From first lead to final payslip

The operational work most companies spread across four subscriptions, in one system you host.

Sales

Track every lead to a closed deal

A CRM that follows the whole motion. Capture leads and move them from new through contacted, qualified, and converted; keep contacts against the accounts they belong to; and push deals along a pipeline from prospecting to negotiation to won or lost.

  • Leads with a five-stage status flow
  • Contact records tied to your accounts
  • Deal pipeline with won/lost outcomes
People

HR, payroll and leave in one place

Employee records carry employment status and their documents — contracts, offer letters, ID proof, certificates. Payroll runs generate payslips against salary structures and configurable tax slabs, and leave policies accrue balances automatically so requests check against real entitlement.

  • Employee records with document management
  • Payroll runs, payslips, salary structures & tax slabs
  • Leave types, policies, accruals, balances & holidays
Delivery

Projects, timesheets and expenses

Plan projects, assign members, and break work into tasks that move from todo to in progress to done. Staff log time against it themselves and submit for approval, and claim expenses by category with a receipt attached — each one routed through pending, approved, and reimbursed.

  • Projects with members and task boards
  • Self-service timesheets with an approval step
  • Expense claims with receipt upload
Revenue

Sell subscriptions, meter what they use

The billing engine Orbit 360 grew out of is still here. Sell plans on monthly through yearly cycles or by token quota, meter consumption across nine usage types, roll it into an unbilled cost, and collect through Razorpay or Stripe with server-side verification.

  • Time-based and quota-based plans
  • Usage metering with unbilled-cost rollup
  • Razorpay & Stripe, verified server-side
Control

Who sees what, decided by you

Roles, permissions, and modules are all data — change them at runtime instead of shipping a release.

Roles & permissions

Database-backed roles and permissions, editable from the admin API, with authorization enforced at each endpoint.

Module registry

Register and toggle modules so a deployment exposes only the parts of the system a customer has bought.

JWT authentication

Stateless auth on Spring Security, with registration, email verification, and password reset already wired.

API keys

Issue hashed, prefixed API keys for machine access, authenticated by a dedicated filter alongside JWT.

File storage

Upload, download, and delete files, with dedicated handling for profile images and expense receipts.

Rate limiting

A Bucket4j filter in front of the API stops one client exhausting the backend.

Developers

Built to be extended

A documented API, three client SDKs, and a codebase split by domain — so adding your own module is ordinary work.

Three client SDKs

Node/TypeScript, Java, and Python clients for the subscription, quota, usage, and payment APIs, each with a typed HTTP client for reaching everything else.

Swagger / OpenAPI 3

The API documents itself through springdoc, with JWT wired into the spec and a browsable Swagger UI.

Tested and modular

Code is split by domain — crm, hr, payroll, leave, expense, project, timesheet, accounts, subscription — with a service and controller test suite behind it.

Docker & Render

A Dockerfile, environment-driven config, and a render.yaml for one-click deployment, plus dev and prod run scripts.

How It Works

From purchase to your own platform

Three steps take you from buying Orbit 360 to a running, self-hosted install.

1

Get the source code by email

As soon as your payment completes, the full Orbit 360 source package — API, frontend, and SDKs — is sent to your purchase email automatically.

2

Configure and build

Point the example env file at your PostgreSQL database, generate a JWT signing key, add your SMTP and payment gateway credentials, then build the API with the bundled Maven wrapper and the frontend with npm.

3

Create your admin and go

Start both halves with the included scripts, Docker, or Render, create your first admin with the provided script, then set up roles, enable the modules you need, and start entering real work.
