Refund Policy
AutomateFlow is source code delivered immediately after purchase. This page sets out exactly when a refund is available and how to claim one.
Last updated: 1 April 2026
1. Why this policy exists
AutomateFlow is a digital product delivered instantly. The complete source code is emailed to you as soon as your payment clears, and it cannot be returned or un-downloaded. That makes refunds different from physical goods — so we set out plainly below what we will and will not refund, rather than leaving it to interpretation.
Nothing here removes any statutory right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
2. When we will refund you
We will issue a full refund if:
- The product was not delivered. You paid but never received the source package, and we cannot deliver it to you.
- The product is materially not as described. A capability described on this website is genuinely absent or non-functional in the version you received, and we cannot correct it within a reasonable period.
- The product cannot be made to run. You followed the supplied documentation on a supported environment (PHP 8.3+, MySQL 8, Redis 7, Node.js 20), gave us reasonable access to diagnose the problem, and we could not get your installation working.
- You were charged more than once for the same licence. Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
3. When we cannot refund you
Refunds are not available where:
- you have changed your mind, no longer need the product, or bought it by mistake, after the source has been delivered;
- you want a feature the product does not claim to have — please check the feature list and FAQ before buying, and email us if anything is unclear;
- the problem is with your own server, hosting, DNS, or a third-party service such as AWS, your SMTP provider, or OpenAI;
- your AWS or sending account is suspended, rate limited, kept in the SES sandbox, or your email lands in spam — deliverability depends on your domain reputation and sending practices, which we do not control;
- the Software stopped working after you modified the source code or your environment;
- you lack the technical ability to install and operate a self-hosted Laravel and Next.js application, having not asked us beforehand;
- you have breached the licence terms in our Terms & Conditions — for example by redistributing the source.
4. How to raise a claim
Email netdevguru@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, with:
- the email address and date of purchase;
- your order or transaction reference;
- a clear description of the problem, with any error messages, logs, or screenshots.
We will always try to fix the problem first — most refund requests turn out to be setup issues we can resolve the same week. If we cannot fix it, and your claim falls under section 2, we refund.
5. Processing
We aim to decide on every claim within 30 days of receiving it. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method via our payment provider; how quickly the money reaches you depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5 to 10 business days.
On refund, your licence terminates. You must stop using the Software and delete all copies of the source code, as set out in section 11 of the Terms & Conditions.
6. Before you buy
The best way to avoid needing this page is to ask first. Email netdevguru@gmail.com with any question about requirements, features, or whether AutomateFlow fits what you are trying to build. We would rather answer honestly before a purchase than process a refund after one.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed, and the policy in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
