Privacy Policy

1. The important distinction

AutomateFlow is self-hosted software. There are two entirely separate situations, and this policy is mostly about the first:

• This website and your purchase. NetDevGuru Infotech collects a limited amount of data, described below. We are the data controller.
• Your installation of AutomateFlow. Once you install the Software on your own servers, the contacts, campaigns, and email data inside it are held entirely by you, in your database, on your infrastructure. NetDevGuru Infotech has no access to it, receives no copy of it, and cannot see it. You are the data controller for that data, and your own privacy policy governs it.

2. Data we collect

Website analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page views and loading performance. These collect aggregated, anonymous usage data — page paths, referrers, approximate country, device and browser type, and performance timings. They do not use cookies to track you across sites and do not build an advertising profile of you.

Purchase data

Purchases are processed by Topmate, our payment provider. When you buy a licence, we receive your name and email address so we can deliver the source package and provide support. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our systems.

Correspondence

If you email us for support, we hold that correspondence and your email address so we can answer you and keep a record of the support provided.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver what you bought — sending the source package to your purchase email and honouring the support period.
• To provide support — answering your questions and diagnosing problems.
• To improve the product and site — using aggregate analytics to see which pages are useful.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations — retaining transaction records where required.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors needed to run this business: Vercel (site hosting and analytics), Topmate (payment processing), and our email provider (delivering your source package and support replies). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Purchase and licence records are kept for as long as needed to support the licence and to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Support correspondence is kept for the duration of the support period and a reasonable time afterwards. Analytics data is aggregated and retained by Vercel under its own retention schedule.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email netdevguru@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Note that we cannot action requests about data held inside your installation of AutomateFlow — we have no access to it. If you are a contact of a business that uses AutomateFlow, contact that business directly.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to purchase and support data to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Security of your own installation — servers, database, credentials, and backups — is your responsibility, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where data leaves its country of origin, we rely on our providers’ standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

9. Children

This site and AutomateFlow are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or our providers change. The revision date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed.
