Not a mail server
AutomateFlow relays through your own Amazon SES account or SMTP provider - it never sends mail itself. Bulk sending accepts exactly two transports, so your domain reputation rests on your provider plus your own SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, exactly as it would with a hosted ESP.
Amazon SES event pipeline
Sends, deliveries, bounces, and complaints flow back from SES through SNS → SQS → Lambda into the app, so your reporting reflects what actually happened at the provider.
Automatic suppression
Hard bounces and complaints are recorded per contact and added to a global suppression list, so a bad address is never mailed twice.
One-click unsubscribe
Every campaign ships RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers - the requirement Gmail and Yahoo enforce on bulk senders.
